PWS1000 Penetrating Top Coat is a new product for us.
1. It is the sealant that would be applied to all commercial
buildings. We have sealed three buildings for Cissell-Mueller
thus far.
2. It is the second sealant that is applied to all concrete jobs.
It is a moisture vapor barrier that prevents anything from penetrating
the surface but allows the moisture from within or below to escape.
3. It is offered as an "option" to customers who seal
wood. When you apply the SealMaxx sealant you can apply a wood
stain to the deck surface if you choose. If you apply the PWS1000
you CANNOT stain over it because we have completely sealed all
the pores of the wood, thus a stain will not adhere. But if the
customer likes the "natural wood" look we achieve in
our cleaning process, the application of the PWS1000 will be an
additional insurance policy and it WILL make the water bead up
on the surface.
